Esa, atas rahmat dan karunia-Nya yang telah diberikan kepada penulis, sehingga
dapat menyelesaikan Laporan Skripsi ini. Laporan Skripsi ini penulis susun
sebagai salah satu syarat untuk menyelesaikan Program Strata-1 Sistem Informasi
pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Royal.
Dalam penyusunan Skripsi ini penulis mengambil judul : “Implementasi
E-Marketing Menggunakan CRM Pada Anggun Hantaran Dan Dekorasi
Berbasis Web”.
