La Meisinger fu fondata nel 1888 a Düsseldorf da Arthur Meisinger, il nome della fabbrica allora era “German-American Dental Bur Factory”. A quei tempi la dentel-latura delle frese in acciaio era fatta a mano, le frese poi si indurivano utilizzando il Bunsen e si tempravano con le patate crude. Nel 1898 fanno la loro comparsa in fabbrica le prime macchine semiautomatiche usate per sagomare e tagliare. Nel 1924 il marchio diviene definitivamente Meisinger e finalmente nel 1935 la produzione delle frese in acciaio è completamente automatizzata. “Tradizione, precisione ed innovazione” è stato da sempre lo slogan della Meisinger. La ditta è leader di settore sul mercato mondiale. La qualità dei prodotti “made in Germany” è da sempre considerata la migliore.

Da oltre 20 anni collaboro con la più grande azienda produttrice di micromotori al mondo, la NSK, azienda leader nel settore dentale e podologico. L’intuizione che questa tecnologia prendesse il sopravvento sui classici ferri da lavoro usati da gli operatori del piede, ha fatto si che in breve tempo molti di loro sostituissero i propri attrezzi con queste nuove apparecchiature. Ho organizzato tante giornate di formazione e preparazione all’uso di queste apparecchiature, ricevendo molti consensi da parte di Voi operatori del piede, ed ora, grazie alla NSK, sono in grado di proporvi un macchinario affidabile, silenzioso e con il meglio della tecnologia inserita nei suoi componenti. Questi modelli in particolare offrono, oltre ai ma-nipoli di comprovata affidabilità, un design pulito e senza spazi dove lo sporco si possa annidare, e la carica del liquido di raffreddamento sul lato posteriore e non frontale come altri modelli. Il dispaly ed i tasti di controllo sono posti a 45° in modo da facilitare la lettura dei dati ed il controllo delle varie funzioni. L’assisten-za tecnica è garantita con pezzi originali e manodopera specializzata.

Dental X da oltre 20 anni si occupa di sterilizzazione ed è considerata una delle principali aziende produttrici di autoclavi a livello mondiale.Dental X propone una linea completa di autoclavi che garantisce standards di qualità superiori e una totale conformità alle più severe norme internazionali. Seb-bene esistano molti sistemi per sterilizzare, il più diffuso e il più sicuro è senz’altro il sistema di sterilizzazione a vapore saturo ottenuto in autoclave. Il sistema si basa sulla sinergia tra pressione, temperatura e tempo. Attraverso il vapore, il calore si deposita sulle superfici dello strumento eliminando ogni forma organica.Alcuni sistemi di “sterilizzazione”, sono diventati inadeguati per l’impossibilità di garantire uno standard di sterilizzazione sicuro come le stufette a caldo, i raggi ultravioletti o le palline di quarzo. Grazie alla norma En13060 anche il termine autoclave ha acquistato un significato più preciso e dal 2007 molte finte autoclavi sono state messe al bando.

Una autoclave di piccole dimensioni ideale per colo-ro che devono sterilizzare rapidamente gli strumenti. Dotata di un avanzato sistema di espulsione dell’aria che viene controllato dal microprocessore. L’espulsio-ne dell’aria permette al vapore di raggiungere tutte le superfici da sterilizzare. I modelli sono dotati di un serbatoio interno e richiedono acqua demineralizzata di buona qualità.

Una autoclave di dimensioni maggiori che permette di sterilizzare una maggiore quantità di strumenti. Conforme agli standards della classe S.
