For anyone who wants to invest their resources and enthusiasm in the fast food field, it offers a turnkey CONCEPT that’s is EASY to manage thanks to the innovative NO CHEF formula, which envisages a restaurant without a pizza maker or chef and thorough training provided by skilled INSTRUCTORS both at the Papppapizza head office and in the restaurant.

PapppaPizza offers its customers a GENUINE, ITALIAN, FAST FOOD product, teaming speed and accuracy of service with the HIGH QUALITY of Mediterranean cuisine and placing special focus on children’s meals.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, combined with an effective MARKETING plan, are the areas of expertise that PapppaPizza relies on to ensure QUALITY and GROWTH, both of which are key to making mealtimes a pleasant and relaxing break. Children's mealsPapppaPizza focuses particularly on its special children’s meals, ensuring quality, natural, and nutritious ingredients without overlooking the fun part. Each children’s meal includes a great free gift!

Kebab (not included in the format)Here at PapppaPizza, we could not ignore the major changes in Italian tastes that have occurred over recent years, with foreign products and dishes, such as kebab, now exerting a strong influence. Today, PapppaPizza offers it customers exceptional kebabs, with a choice of fillings including sauces and vegetables.

The dough ballThe PapppaPizza yeast and flour dough ball guarantees a pizza that reflects oldest Neapolitan traditions, both in taste and appearance. The ease with which it can be handled and cooked also makes it surprisingly suited for the preparation of other foods, such parigine, fagottini, pucce, focacce, piadine etc...

In the morning, customers stopping in for breakfast can choose from a wide variety of warm croissants and fine pastries, as well as our delicious PAPPPAPIZZA brand coffee.

At lunch, we offer Italian first and second courses, as well as the entire pizza line, which can be enjoyed as street food or on the plate, and there’s a full line of deep-fried foods too.

At night, in line with the latest pre-dinner drinks trends, customers can choose from soft drinks, aperitifs, wines by the glass and a range of hot and cold snacks to nibble on.

software included• Fume extraction system or, for premises without a flue, a new-

concept EC-compliant fume hood subject to authorisation by the local health authority, which draws out the fumes and emits clean air that can be recycled within the premises.

The following items are not included: any renovation work on the premises, such as electricity, plumbing, etc.., and also masonry work and painting, which will be carried out by the franchisee in accordance with the PapppaPizza franchise instructions.

envisaged, which is subject to authorisation by the local health authority; this system draws out the fumes and emits clean air that can be recycled on the premises.
