L’attività consiste nella gestione di attività telefonica inbound (customer care) relativa a richieste di informazioni o lamentele inerenti macchine agricole e movimento terra. L’attività sarà in parte telefonica, in parte con gestione di e-mail e di lettere. Si offrono contratti a termine, Part-time e full-time, con inquadramento al III livello delle Telecomunicazioni. L’orario di lavoro è organizzato su turni, distribuiti dal lunedì alla domenica e compresi nella fascia oraria 8,00/22,00. L’inizio dell’attività è prevista per il mese di Maggio. E’ disponibile un servizio navetta aziendale gratuita per/dalla stazione metropolitana di Molino Dorino.
