La qualità però non può essere un’opinione, deve essere certificata. Moving si è sottoposta ad una serie di certificazioni aziendali e, prima in Italia nel suo settore, anche di prodotto. Per offrire solo il meglio della tecnologia e dello stile italiano.

The ISO 9001:2000 regulation determines the main conditions to which a company should comply in order to be defined a company ‘’of quality’’ on every level. Ogni prodotto Moving è il frutto di un processo produttivo che rispetta l’ambiente. Moving, infatti, è certificata per i sistemi di gestione ambientale secondo la normativa ISO 14001:2004 che determina criteri validi in tutto il mondo. L’azienda si è sottoposta ai severi controlli SQS sulle emissioni e sui possibili rischi di carattere ambientale, ottenendo una certificazione che negli ultimi anni ha acquistato un’importanza sempre maggiore.
Each product of Moving is realized following a productive process that respects the environment. In fact, Moving is certified for its environmental conservation management in accordance with the ISO 14001:2004 regulation determining a worldwide valid criterion. The company has been submitted to severe SQS controls on environmental issues, obtaining a certification that has acquired a greater importance during the last years.

La certificazione dei sistemi di gestione della sicurezza del lavoro riguarda il continuo miglioramento delle condizioni lavorative e della tutela della salute dei dipendenti, con un rafforzamento della consapevolezza dei rischi legati alla sicurezza del lavoro. Moving è certificata anche in questo ambito, adempiendo sotto ogni aspetto alla norma OHSAS 18001:1999, come garantisce SQS.
The work environment safety management system certification regards the continuous improvement of the working conditions and the health protection of the workers, with a reinforcement of the awareness of the risks of work bound to environment safety. Moving is also certified in this area, complying to any aspect of the OHSAS 18001:1999 regulation, as guaranteed by SQS.

I suoi periodici interventi di accurate e severe analisi, i controlli e test specifi ci sono sempre importanti occasioni per certifi care la qualità di ogni sedia Moving, in ogni suo più piccolo particolare.
To certify and guarantee the absolute quality of its products, Moving relies on the most important Italian institute of research-development and test laboratory of the wood-furniture industry sector: CATAS. Its periodic intervention of accurate and severe analysis, controls and specifi c tests are always important occasions to certify the quality of each Moving chair in every of its particular little detail.

Il regolamento tecnico del CATAS QUALITY AWARD - Sedie per uffi cio si basa sulla norma EN 1��5 parte 1, 2 e �. Tale norma prevede tra l’altro:• verifi ca del rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza;• verifi ca della corretta compilazione delle istruzioni d’uso e manutenzione;• verifi ca dimensionale;• stabilità in avanti, all’indietro e laterale, prima e dopo le prove di resistenza meccanica;• 260.000 cicli di fatica combinata del sedile e schienale;• 60.000 cicli di fatica dei braccioli;• resistenza al carico statico dei braccioli (5 cicli da 75 kg, 5 cicli da 90 kg);• resistenza delle ruote al rotolamento;• 100 h di fatica delle ruote, con carico di 75 kg.

Le aziende che vogliono offrire ai propri clienti un maggior valore aggiunto possono far certifi care i loro prodotti tramite l’intervento continuo e sistematico di un organismo indipendente come CATAS.
Since 1993 CATAS works as third independent party in the product certifi cation fi eld with its mark “CATAS QUALITY AWARD” (CQA), verifying and certifi cating the compliance of a product with the rules and the technical specifi cations. The companies that want to offer a major value added can certifi cate their products through the continuous and systematic intervention of and independent body like CATAS.

CATAS QUALITY AWARD
The technical regulation of the CATAS QUALITY AWARD - offi ce chairs is based on the norm EN 1335 part 1,2 and 3. This norm provides among other things: • verifying the respect of the safety regulations;• verifying the correct compilation of the use and the maintenance instructions;• verifying the respect of the proper dimensions;• front, back and side stability, before and after the mechanical resistance tests;• 260.000 seat and backrest combined resistance cycles;• 60.000 armrests resistance cycles;• armrests static bearing load resistance (5 cycles at 75 kg, 5 cycles at 90 kg);• wheels rotation resistance;• 100 hours wheels resistance, with 75 kg load bearing.
CATAS QUALITY AWARD (CQA) è la sola, vera, certifi cazione di prodotto. Non è il semplice certifi cato che indica i risultati di prova su un singolo campione e che a quello soltanto si riferisce, ma il documento valido per l’intera produzione di un determinato modello, perché rilasciato soltanto con l’avvenuto superamento di test a sorpresa. Moving è la prima azienda nel settore delle sedie per uffi cio che l’ha ottenuto, e per ben 6 linee di prodotto.
QUALITY CATAS AWARD (CQA) is the only real product certifi cation. It’s not the mere product certifi cation that indicates the test results of each single sample independently, but the valid document for the entire manufacturing of a specifi c model, it is released only after the getting through of an un-expected test. Moving is not only the fi rst company in the offi ce chair sector that has obtained it but even for 6 product lines.
