Teak

Il teak è un materiale eccellente, di elevate qualità, ideale per la realizzazione di mobili da esterno perché estremamente resistente ai cambiamenti di temperatura, all’acqua, all’umidità e alla salsedine. Oltre al teak naturale, Ethimo propone il teak nella versione decapata con finitura Grey e Chocolate, il quale viene prima trattato con la spazzolatura che gli conferisce un aspetto vissuto e poi una colorazione specifica. Questo tipo di teak non deve essere trattato con olio, ma soltanto pulito con acqua e sapone.

Teak

Teak is an excellent, top-quality material, ideal for garden furniture as it is extremely resistant to changes in temperature, water, humidity and salt. In addition to natural teak, Ethimo also uses a pickled version with Grey and Chocolate finishes, which are first given a brushing treatment for a “worn” effect and then a specific colour. This kind of teak requires no further oiling and can be cleaned with soap and water.

Teck

Le teck est un matériau d’excellente qualité, idéal pour des meubles extérieurs grâce à sa forte résistance aux changements de températures, à l’eau, à l’humidité et à l’usure du sel marin. Disponible dans sa version naturelle, Ethimo propose aussi le teck décapé avec les finitions Grey et Chocolate, traitées en premier lieu avec une brosse pour un rendu des plus vintage, puis avec une coloration spécifique. Ne jamais traiter ce genre de teck avec de l’huile. Utiliser uniquement de l’eau et du savon.

Teak

Neben dem natürlichen Teak bietet Ethimo auch eine gebeizte Ausführung mit den Oberflächen Grey und Chocolate an, die zur Erzielung einer Used-Optik zuerst gebürstet und anschließend einer speziellen Färbung unterzogen werden. Diese Art Teakholz darf nicht mit Öl behandelt, sondern nur mit Wasser und Seife gewaschen werden.

Mogano verniciato

Per gli elementi di arredo in legno verniciato, Ethimo ha scelto il mogano proveniente da piantagioni indonesiane regolamentate. Il mogano è un legno molto resistente e adatto all’uso all’esterno, utilizzato comunemente anche per la costruzione delle imbarcazioni. Dopo l’essiccazione e prima della verniciatura, il legno viene trattato con un prodotto sigillante che chiude i pori rendendolo impermeabile. Le vernici utilizzate sono resistenti agli agenti atmosferici e alle intemperie, garantite da una speciale procedura per il fissaggio del colore.

Painted mahogany

As for painted wooden furniture, Ethimo chooses mahogany wood coming from regulated indonesian plantations. Mahogany is a very durable hardwood, extremely suitable for outdoor use, also commonly used in boat building. After drying and before painting, the wood is treated with a sealant which closes the pores making it waterproof. The paints used are weather resistant and weatherproof, guaranteed by a special procedure for fixing the colour.

Acajou peint

Pour ses meubles en bois verni, Ethimo a choisi l’acajou provenant de plantations indonésiennes réglementées. L’acajou est un bois extrêmement résistant et adapté à l’utilisation en extérieur. Il est communément employé pour la construction des bateaux. Après le séchage et avant le vernissage, le bois est traité avec un produit d’étanchéité qui obstrue les pores, imperméabilisant ainsi le bois. Les peintures utilisées sont résistantes aux agents atmosphériques ainsi qu’aux intempéries, garanties par une procédure spéciale pour la fixation de la couleur.

Lackiertes Mahagoni

Für die Einrichtungselemente aus lackiertem Holz hat Ethimo von kontrollierten indonesischen Plantagen stammendes Mahagoni gewählt. Mahagoni ist ein sehr widerstandsfähiges Holz, gut für den Aussenbereich geeignet und wird auch im Schiffsbau verwendet. Nach der Trocknung und vor der Lackierung wird das Holz mit einem Versiegelungsprodukt behandelt, das die Poren schliesst und es undurchlässig macht. Die verwendeten Lacke sind wetterfest und durch eine Spezialbehandlung zur Farbfixierung garantiert.

Fibra

La fibra Ethimo è un materiale sintetico riciclabile estremamente resistente ad agenti atmosferici e ad usura. La versione Etwick riproduce l’aspetto del midollino ed ha una finitura ruvida che la rende perfettamente naturale al tatto e alla vista; la fibra Lightwick ha una sezione molto sottile e dà vita ad intrecci dalla trama irregolare e molto confortevole. La linea Natwick, caratterizzata da una sezione semicircolare e da una finitura naturale color sabbia, è ideale per realizzare intrecci di particolare leggerezza e dinamicità.

Fibre

Ethimo fibre is a recyclable synthetic material, extremely resistant to the elements and wear. Etwick looks like wicker and has a rough finish, giving it a perfectly natural feel and look. Lightwick fibre has a very fine cross-section and is used for irregular, very comfortable weaves. The Natwick line, characterised by a semi-circular cross-section and a natural sand colour finish, is ideal for particularly light, dynamic weaves.

Fibre

La fibre Ethimo est un matériau synthétique recyclable capable de résister fortement aux intempéries et à l’usure. On la retrouve en version Etwick à l’aspect proche de l’osier, avec sa finition rugueuse caractéristique, qui lui donne un côté parfaitement naturel aussi bien au toucher qu’à la vue. Par ailleurs, la section très fine de la fibre Lightwick permet la réalisation de meubles confortables au tressage irrégulier. La ligne Natwick, caractérisée par sa section en demi-cercle et sa finition naturelle couleur sable, est idéale pour réaliser du mobilier tressé très léger et dynamique.

Die Faser von Ethimo ist ein recyclebares und gegen Witterungseinflüsse und Abnutzung extrem widerstandsfähiges synthetisches Material. Die Ausführung Etwick bildet das Muster von Korbgeflecht nach und zeichnet sich durch eine raue Oberfläche aus, dank der sie äußerst natürlich aussieht und anzufassen ist. Die Faser Lightwick verfügt über einen äußerst feinen Querschnitt und bildet ein sehr bequemes Flechtwerk mit unregelmäßigem Muster. Die Linie Natwick zeichnet sich durch einen halbrunden Querschnitt und eine natürliche, sandfarbene Oberfläche aus und ist optimal für die Schaffung eines außergewöhnlich leichten und dynamischen Flechtwerks geeignet.

Le corde

Le corde impiegate per le sedute e gli schienali delle collezioni Ethimo sono il frutto di una approfondita ricerca. Il Pvc con anima in nylon, realizzato con sezioni e colori diversi, si caratterizza per la straordinaria resistenza e per la brillantezza del colore e della finitura. Il polipropilene della versione Flat Rope e l’acrilico, utilizzato nella Round Rope, sono resistenti ai raggi UV, all’abrasione e agli agenti atmosferici, garantendo tenuta e comfort.

Ropes

The ropes used for seats and backs in the Ethimo collections are the result of in-depth research. The PVC with nylon core, produced with different coloured sections, stands out for its extraordinary robustness and the brilliance of its colours and finish. The polypropylene Flat Rope version and acrylic used for Round Rope are resistant to UV rays, abrasion and the elements, guaranteeing durability and comfort.

Les cordes

Les cordes employées pour les chaises et les dossiers des collections Ethimo résultent d’une recherche approfondie. Le PVC, avec une âme en nylon, a été conçu en plusieurs sections et coloris. Il se caractérise par son incroyable résistance et la luminosité de son aspect et de sa finition. Le polypropylène utilisé dans la version Flat Rope et l’acrylique dans la version Round Rope résistent aux rayons UV, à l’abrasion et aux intempéries, garantissant une bonne tenue et un confort certain.

Die für die Sitzflächen und Rückenlehnen der Kollektion Ethimo verwendeten Seile stellen das Ergebnis eingehender Untersuchungen dar. Das PVC mit Nylonkern, das in unterschiedlichen Querschnitten und Farben hergestellt wird, zeichnet sich durch seine außergewöhnliche Widerstandsfähigkeit und seine glänzende Farbe und Oberfläche aus. Das Polypropylen der Ausführung Flat Rope sowie das für die Ausführung Round Rope verwendete Acryl sind beständig gegen UV-Strahlen, Abrieb und Witterungseinflüsse und gewährleisten gleichzeitig Dichtigkeit und Komfort.

Terracotta

L’argilla con cui sono realizzate le lampade da giardino Step e Tour si trova naturalmente in una delle più belle aree della Toscana. L’argilla prende vita tra le mani di esperti lavoratori delle fornaci della Val di Chiana, in provincia di Siena, adattandosi alla forma dello stampo. Tolto dallo stampo, il pezzo viene purificato dalle imperfezioni. Dopo una lenta ed omogenea fase di disidratazione, i prodotti vengono disposti nei forni per la cottura, che necessita di circa 3 giorni, raggiungendo una temperatura massima di circa 1000 gradi.

Terracotta

The clay which the garden lamps Step and Tour are made of, occurs naturally in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The clay comes to life in the hands of experienced workers in the furnaces of the Val di Chiana, adapting to the shape of the mold. Removed from the mold, the workpiece is purified by imperfections. After a slow and homogeneous phase of dehydration, the products are placed in ovens for cooking, which requires about 3 days, reaching a maximum temperature of about 1000 degrees.

Terre cuite

L’argile permettant de réaliser les lampes de jardin Step et Tour est naturellement présente dans un écosystème très particulier du territoire de l’une des plus belles zones de Toscane. L’argile prend vie entre les mains des potiers experts du Val di Chiana, dans la province de Sienne, en s’adaptant à la forme du moule. Une fois extrait de ce dernier, l’objet est purifié de ses imperfections. Après une phase de déshydratation lente et homogène, les produits sont disposés dans les fours de cuisson, une étape qui dure environ 3 jours et atteint une température maximale d’environ 1000 degrés.

Terrakotta

Der Ton, aus dem die Gartenlampen Step und Tour hergestellt werden, kommt aus einer der schönsten Gegenden der Toskana liegt. Der Ton wird unter den Händen erfahrener Handwerker an den Brennöfen des Val di Chiana, in der Provinz Siena zum leben erweckt und passt sich der Form an. Sobald es aus der Form genommen wurde, wird das Stück von den Unregelmässigkeiten befreit. Nach einer langsamen und gleichmässigen Phase der Austrocknung werden die Produkte zum brennen in die Öfen gebracht, was ca. drei Tage erfordert und wobei eine Höchsttemperatur von ca. 1000 Grad erreicht wird.

Pietra ceramica – Laminam

La ceramica Laminam è un materiale ideale per l’utilizzo all’esterno, estremamente resistente al gelo, ad usura, graffi e abrasioni. Adatto per realizzare top e piani per tavoli, perché antibatterico e totalmente compatibile con le sostanze alimentari. Le finiture scelte da Ethimo riproducono l’autenticità della pietra naturale o l’effetto resinato nelle tonalità nero lavagna e grigio tortora.

Ceramic–stone –Laminam

Laminam ceramic is an ideal material for outdoor use, extremely resistant to frost, wear, scratches and abrasion. Suitable for counters and table tops because it is antibacterial and totally compatible with foodstuffs. The finishes chosen by Ethimo reproduce the authenticity of natural stone or the resin–coated effect in slate black and dove grey.

Pierre céramique – Laminam

Extrêmement résistante au gel, à l’usure, aux rayures et à l’abrasion, la céramique Laminam est une matière idéale en extérieur. Antibactérienne et totalement compatible avec les substances alimentaires, elle est parfaite pour réaliser des plans et des plateaux de table. Les finitions choisies par Ethimo reproduisent l’authenticité de la pierre naturelle ou l’effet résiné dans les coloris tableau noir et gris tourterelle.

Laminam–Keramik

Die Laminam–Keramik ist ein ideales Material für die Verwendung im Außenbereich, besonders frostbeständig, verschleiß–, kratz– und abriebfest. Geeignet für Abdeckplatten und Tischplatten, weil antibakteriell und völlig kompatibel mit Lebensmitteln. Die von Ethimo gewählten Verarbeitungen geben die Authentizität des Natursteins oder den Harzeffekt in den Farbtönen Schieferschwarz und Taubengrau wieder.

Metallo

Il metallo Ethimo è lavorato e trattato con processi che ne garantiscono la qualità, la resistenza e la durabilità all’esterno. Tutta la ferramenta utilizzata è in acciaio inossidabile e la verniciatura è effettuata con vernici a polveri epossidiche specifiche per l’uso all’esterno. Le vernici utilizzate sono prive di solventi, non contengono voc (composti organici volatili), non contengono metalli pesanti tossici come cromo e piombo, sono riciclabili al 99%.

Metal

Ethimo metal is processed and treated to ensure optimal quality, rust resistance, strength and durability when used outdoors. All the hardware used is stainless steel and the paint is made with epoxy powder paints specific for outdoor use. The paints used are solvent–free, they do not contain any voc (volatile organic compounds) or any toxic heavy metals such as chromium and lead, they are 99% recyclable.

Métal

Le métal d’Ethimo est travaillé et traité à l’aide de procédés qui en garantissent la qualité, la résistance et la durabilité en extérieur. Toute la quincaillerie utilisée est réalisée en acier inoxydable. La peinture est effectuée avec des peintures en poudre époxy spécifiquement prévues pour une utilisation en extérieur. Les peintures utilisées sont sans solvant, elles ne contiennent ni COV (composés organiques volatils), ni métaux lourds toxiques comme le chrome ou le plomb. Elles sont également recyclables.

Das Metall von Ethimo wird mit Verfahren bearbeitet und behandelt, die die Qualität, die Strapazierfähigkeit und die Beständigkeit im Aussenbereich garantieren. Alle verwendeten Metallteile bestehen aus rostfreiem Stahl und die Lackierung erfolgt mit speziellen Epoxidpulverlacken für den Aussenbereich. Tutti i tessuti della collezione Ethimo sono specifici per l’uso esterno. Morbidi al tatto, garantiscono la massima resistenza ai raggi UV e agli agenti atmosferici, garantendo una lunga durata. Accanto alla gamma di tessuti “ready to order”, Ethimo propone i tessuti “Prestige”, ispirati al mondo dell’interior design. Inoltre, tra i tessuti tecnici per l’outdoor rientrano anche le copertine da riposo. Dotate di prese d’aria per assicurare l’aerazione e di coulisse regolabile per la chiusura, sono la soluzione ideale per proteggere gli arredi durante il periodo invernale.

Fabrics
