▶ Three main hosting models
– Shared model is ideal for consumption based pricing
– Dedicated and remote operations can use consumption based pricing as well
▶ Licenses
– Can be included in shared model based on SPLA
– In dedicated model, project pricing is most realistic, if customer brings licenses
▶ Be careful with cost drivers
– Sometimes, it looks like „just collaboration“, but it is a complex application with interfaces and custom code
– Good sizing and requirements definition is needed for every SharePoint system. Unless you want to leave unhappy customers.
