PREPARATION: THE BACKCBONE OF THE DYEHOUSEThe fabric preparation for dyeing, printing or full white goods is thepillar supporting the entire dye-house. This is the first and mostimportant step of all processing: total performance and absolutereliability are required by the customers, as well as enough versatilityto cope with the changes in articles, fashion, production style.Mezzera technology gives the customer a wide range of possibilities,tailoring the preparation range according to their individualspecifications.

THE BASIC OF CELLULOSE BLEACHINGThe symmetrical molecule of hydrogen peroxide H-O-O-H isactivated by the addition of caustic soda, which causes heterolyticsplitting with formation of the peroxo-anion - O2H responsible forbleaching : the peroxo-anion, when suitable chemicals are added inthe recipe, mainly reacts with cellulose and provides for the oxidationof the natural dyes in the cotton.

Single step or double step scouring and bleachingThe continuous desizing, scouring and bleaching process allows toremove the size, to degrade the waxes and natural fats which arecontained in the natural cotton (scouring or alkaline boiling), and tooxidize the chromophores molecules.Mezzera technology is tailored according to customer specifications:scouring and bleaching may be achieved either in single or doublestep

HWT AND ACTIVA DESIZE PRE - WASHThe pre-wash section is essential to get a perfect hydrophility of thefabric before the impregnation with the scouring and bleachingchemicals. The fabric enters in the scouring and bleaching rangeafter pad batch desizing. A strong washing action has to take placein the very first compartment where normally is used the washingtank HWT, because his strong washing effect.The strong mechanical action jointed with the high temperature areideal for desize the fabric dipply.Following, using the high efficiency washing tank ACTIVA, we rinseperfectly the fabric before than the wet-on-wet impregnation.

PREPARAZIONE: IL CUORE DELLA TINTORIALa preparazione del tessuto per tintura, stampa o biancheria per lacasa è il pilastro di ogni tintoria.Questo è il primo e più importante passo di tutto il processo: i clientirichiedono performance totale ed affidabilità assoluta, come anchebuona versatilità per far fronte ai cambiamenti di articolo, di stile diproduzione. La tecnologia Mezzera fornisce al cliente un’ampiagamma di possibilità studiate su misura in base alle specificheindividuali.

LE BASI DEL CANDEGGIO CELLULOSALa molecola simmetrica di perossido di idrogeno H-O-O-H si attivatramite l’aggiunta di soda caustica, che provoca la scissioneeterolitica con formazione di uno ione perossido -O2H responsabiledel candeggio: il peroxo-anione, in caso di aggiunta alla ricetta diprodotti chimici adatti, reagisce principalmente con la cellulosa eprovvede all’ossidazione dei coloranti naturali del cotone.

Purga e candeggio a singolo o doppio stadioIl processo di sbozzima purga e candeggio in continuo permette dirimuovere le bozzime di degradare le cere ed i grassi naturalicontenuti nel cotone naturale (purga o bollitura alcalina) e di ossidarele molecole cromofore.La tecnologia Mezzera è “su misura” secondo le specifiche fornitedal cliente: le operazioni di purga e candeggio possono essererealizzate sia con singolo che con doppio stadio

HWT E ACTIVA: LA SBOZZIMAIl pre-lavaggio è essenziale per ottenere una perfetta idrofilia deltessuto prima dell’impregnazione con i prodotti chimici per purga ecandeggio. Il tessuto entra nell’impianto di purga e candeggio dopola sbozzima pad batch. Deve essere effettuata un’azione di lavaggiomolto efficace nel primo comparto dove normalmente vieneimpiegata la vasca di lavaggio HWT per il suo efficace lavaggiomeccanico. Successivamente, utilizzando una vasca di lavaggio adalta efficienza tipo ACTIVA, si può effettuare un risciacquo finaleprima dell’impregnazione “bagnato su bagnato”

ACTIV-SAT WET ON WET IMPREGNATIONThe impregnation section is the heart of the machine.After a high squeezing the fabric enters the ACTIV SAT wet on wetsaturator, where the chemical products are added.

ACTIVE SAT respect the following fundamental parameters:• high and uniform bath application on the fabric• high interchange from bath and fabric• low bleaching liquor volume• precise dosing system of the chemical products

ACTIV- SAT: IMPREGNAZIONE “BAGNATO SU BAGNATO”La sezione di impregnazione è il cuore della macchina.Dopo una forte spremitura il tessuto entra nel saturatore “bagnato-su-bagnato” ACTIV SAT, dove vengono introdotti i prodotti chimici.

I parametri fondamentali rispettati su ACTIV SAT, che garantisconoun più alto grado di bianco, sono:• un’applicazione elevata ed uniforme del bagno sul tessuto.• un elevato interscambio tra bagno e tessuto• un volume ridotto del bagno di candeggio• un dosaggio sicuro dei singoli prodotti chimici

PERFECT– STEAM - the steaming sectionThe chemical reactions take place in the PERFECT-STEAMsteamer. The steamer is modular and may be assembled to satisfyall production speeds. After a tight strand initial part to properly anduniformly heat up the fabric, this is plaited on a roller bed and broughtuntil the end at the speed appropriate for the chemical reaction totake place: the residence time may be varied at customer’s choice.In the PERFECT-STEAM steamer, the saturated steam is internallygenerated on water bed embedded into the steamer itself, byinjecting live steam in the water bed. The steam rises and reachesthe roof of the steamer, after which gradually stratifies downwards,filling the whole steamer volume. Special drop collectors heated bycoil of superheated steam are placed on the roof to avoidcondensation and dripping of drops over the fabric. A temperature probe is installed in the lower point of the steamer formonitoring and controlling of the temperature inside the chamber.

PERFECT– STEAM - il vaporizzoLe reazioni chimiche hanno luogo nel vaporizzo PERFECT-STEAM.Il vaporizzo è modulare e può soddisfare tutte le velocità diproduzione. Dopo la parte iniziale a cilindri dove il tessuto vieneriscaldato in modo uniforme, lo stesso è faldato sulla rulliera e portatoall’uscita del vaporizzo alla velocità necessaria per ottenere un’ottimareazione chimica: il tempo di permanenza può variare secondo leesigenze del cliente. Nel vaporizzo PERFECT-STEAM, il vaporesaturo viene generato internamente dal letto d’acqua incorporato nelvaporizzo stesso, immettendovi vapore vivo. Il vapore si alza eraggiunge il soffitto del vaporizzo, dopodichè stratifica gradualmenteverso il basso, riempiendo il volume del vaporizzo. Speciali collettoridi raccolta gocce dotati di serpentino con vapore surriscaldato sonoposizionati sul soffitto, per evitare condensa e gocciolamento sultessuto. La sonda di temperatura viene installata nel punto più bassodel vaporizzo per monitorare e controllare la temperatura dentro allacamera.
