SOME SUGGESTIONS:We encorage you to schedule your spa services and treaments well in advance to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment time; moreover, we recommend you arrive at the spa at least 15 min. Prior to your appointment so that you have pleanty of time to change. For the respect of all of our customers we organize our appointments rigorously in time.Arriving late can imply a shorter treatment or even the possibility to deny your appointment. We respectfully ask that you give the spa at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment otherwise we will charge 50% of the cost of the services canceled.Our center will make available a closet that contains a kit swimming pool that includes a bathrobe, bath towel and slippers.We suggest to the clients of our hotel to arrive in the spa directly with the bathrobe found in the room. It is possible to request an eventual spare swimming pool kit at €uro 3,00.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:The wellness center is a tranquil environment where one can settle down, therefore we gently ask of you to respect the peace and tranquility of other guests maintaing a low tone of voice. In order to preserve the relaxing environment of SPA, we do ask that you turn off your cell phone, e-mail and other electronic devises while visiting the SPA. The center admits childred 12 years of age and over under strict parents supervision. We ask you to fill out a releasing declaration that relieve our wellness center of any responsibility for failing to notify us of any patology and /or health problems. It is required the use of bathing suits in the relax area of the wellness center, in thefitness area we ask you to use sport wear clothing.

SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZI:We recommend a pre-clean up shower and the use of an antibacterial product for the feet. The access to the pools has to be made only in the sleepers provided by the center, which for hygiene reasons can be used only in the exclusive area. It is not allowed running, jumping, diping, also can’t introduce food or personal cosmetic products (Example lotions)

SAUNA AND THE TURKISH BATH:We recommend a pre-clean up shower.
