Our company was founded in 1970 and very quickly became expert in the production of blades, knives and gear tools. It rapidly established itself cutting sector, where today it is considered one of the most important manufacturers of industrial blades.

Geschichte - Mission des Unternehmens

Guabo wurde 1970 gegründet und entwickelte schnell Kompetenzen im Rahmen der Herstellung von Sägeblättern, Bandmessern und Verzahnungswerkzeugen, durch die es sich in der Zerspanungsbranche etablieren konnte, in der es heute zu den bedeutendsten Herstellern von Industrie-Schneidwaren zählt.

RAFFREDDATORI AD ARIA - KIT SEGHE A NASTROIl dispositivo di raffreddamento ad aria è composto da due DELTA 40, due ugelli a 90° ed un supporto di collegamento. DELTA 40 SAW si applica sulle segatrici per raffreddare la lama e permettere un taglio a secco sia su metalli che su vari tipi di plastica. Questo raffreddatore trova una valida applicazione anche su segatrici a nastro verticali per metalli, legno, plastica, su segatrici a disco per il taglio del canale di colata degli stampati di alluminio e in tutte le applicazioni di taglio materiali dove sia sconsigliato o impossibile l'utilizzo di lubrorefrigeranti.

Der Druckluftkühler besteht aus zwei DELTA 40, zwei 90° Düsen und einer Anschlusshalterung. DELTA 40 SAW wird für die Kühlung des Sägeblatts an Sägen installiert, wodurch ein Trockenschnitt von Metallen und verschiedenen Kunststoffen möglich wird. Dieser Kühler kann auch für den Schnitt von Metallen, Holz und Kunststoffen auf vertikalen Bandsägen erfolgreich angewendet werden. Mit Kreissägen kann er zum Durchtrennen der Gießrinne von Aluminium-Ausgussformen und zum Schneiden von Material verwendet werden, bei dem die Verwendung von Kühlschmiermitteln nicht empfohlen wird oder unmöglich ist.

LUFTKÜHLER - SET FÜR BANDSÄGEMASCHINEN

This air cooling device comprises two DELTA 40, two 90° nozzles and a connecting support. DELTA 40 SAW is used on sawing machines to cool their blade and allow a clean cut on metals as well as on a wide range of plastic materials. Such cooling device is successfully applied also on vertical band saws for metals, wood, plastic and on circular saws when cutting the pouring spout of aluminum moulds as well as for all other material cutting applications where the use of metalworking fluids is either unadvisable or impossible.

AIR COOLER FOR SAWING MACHINES El dispositivo de refrigeración de aire está compuesto por dos DELTA 40, dos boquillas de 90° y un soporte de conexión. DELTA 40 SAW se aplica en las sierras para refrigerar la cuchilla y permitir un corte en seco tanto en metales como en los diversos tipos de plástico. Este refrigerador puede usarse también con sierras de cinta verticales para metales, madera, plástico, en sierras de disco para el corte del canal de colada de los moldes de aluminio y en todas las aplicaciones de corte de materiales donde se desaconseje o resulte imposible el uso de taladrinas.
