REGOLAMENTO
Art. 1
Il Circolo di Cultura Greca “Apodiafazzi” con il Patrocinio della Città di Bova, dell’Ente Parco d’Aspromonte indice la I edizione del Premio Letterario Internazionale “Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco d’Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca”, riservato a opere inedite che dovranno essere tali sia al momento dell’iscrizione che al momento della premiazione finale.
Art. 2
Il concorso a tema libero riferito alla lingua, alla storia, alla cultura materiale e immateriale dei Greci di Calabria e alla cultura Magnogreca è diviso in cinque sezioni: Narrativa, Poesia, Saggistica (con particolare riguardo agli studi etimologici e alla “Questione Omerica”), Tesi di laurea, Studi e Ricerche su Epigrafi e/o Codici Greci.
Il concorso si prefigge, tra l'altro, lo scopo di favorire lo studio, la salvaguardia e la valorizzazione della lingua e della cultura Greco Calabra sopravvissuta fino ad oggi grazie all'impegno di pochi studiosi e di alcune Associazioni.
Il concorso è individuale, ma l’autore potrà partecipare con più opere.
I lavori, su formato max A4, dovranno essere necessariamente consegnati in doppio formato: digitale e cartaceo (stampa del file), non verranno pertanto accettati manoscritti.
La quantità di cartelle A4 (circa 2000 caratteri cad.) per la narrativa dovrà essere tra un minimo di 60 - massimo 160, per la saggistica il quantitativo minimo dovrà essere di 60 - massimo 200 cartelle, mentre per la poesia il quantitativo minimo accettato sarà di 35 liriche per un massimo di 60. Per le Tesi di Laurea non vi è alcuna limitazione.
Art. 3
I concorrenti dovranno far pervenire entro e non oltre il 30 marzo 2017 a mezzo posta, alla casella postale 38 (farà fede il timbro postale), un plico chiuso contenente il seguente materiale:
1) n. 3 copie dell’opera in formato cartaceo;
2) copia dell’opera in formato word/pdf su CD/DVD o chiavetta USB;
3) breve lettera di presentazione dell’autore;
4) dati anagrafici completi dell’autore con l’indicazione della fonte da cui è stata appresa la notizia del concorso, riferimenti telefonici e indirizzo e-mail;
5) attestato dell’avvenuto pagamento di Euro 15,00 sul Conto Corrente Bancario IBAN: IT92W0103081310000001704657 intestato alla Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi”, indicando come causale del versamento: Partecipazione al Premio Letterario Internazionale “Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco d’Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca” I Edizione 2017.
Art. 4 I Premi saranno così distribuiti:

Art. 5
- I premi non saranno assegnati e/o saranno revocati, anche susseguentemente, qualora venga accertato che le opere siano già state editate, anche parzialmente, precedentemente alla data della loro presentazione.
- Tutti i lavori saranno esaminati da una Commissione giudicatrice. Il giudizio e le decisioni della Commissione sono insindacabili ed inappellabili.
- È fatto divieto a chiunque di riprodurre e pubblicare arbitrariamente i lavori presentati, senza il preventivo ed unanime consenso dell’Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi”. Esclusivamente gli autori delle opere, possono procedere alla pubblicazione cartacea del lavoro presentato, dopo averlo comunicato all’Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi”.
Gli autori selezionati saranno invitati alla cerimonia di premiazione
L’Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi” si riserva ogni decisione in ipotesi di mancata assegnazione dei premi.
Art. 6
Il concorso è aperto a tutti a livello internazionale purchè le opere pervengano in lingua Italiana e in lingua Greco Calabra dove richiesto, sempre con traduzione in lingua Italiana, pena l’esclusione.
Art. 7
La commissione giudicatrice nominata e coordinata dall'Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi” d’intesa con il Presidente della Commissione, selezionerà, tra tutti i lavori pervenuti, n. 10 opere per ogni sezione: di queste soltanto 5, a giudizio insindacabile della stessa, saranno ammesse alla fase finale.
I 10 candidati alla premiazione finale per ciascuna sezione saranno invitati a presentarsi presso la sede della premiazione nel giorno che sarà comunicato.
Art. 8
Tutto il materiale inviato per il concorso non verrà restituito se non su precisa richiesta dell’Autore e a proprie spese.
Art. 9
Le opere dei primi due classificati per ciascuna sezione verranno pubblicati e commercializzati con il logo delle Edizioni “Apodiafazzi” (www.apodiafazzi.it).
Le graduatorie della I edizione del Premio Letterario Internazionale “Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco d’Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca” saranno comunicate ai mass-media nazionali.
Le opere pubblicate nelle collane avranno ampio spazio e menzione sul sito www.apodiafazzi.it e sul catalogo cartaceo, sulla pagina Facebook “Circolo Culturale Apodiafazzi” e sui Social, saranno supportate dall’Ufficio Stampa del Premio,
Per tutta la durata del concorso, i candidati restano proprietari dei diritti delle proprie opere, ma concedono il consenso alla Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi” di trattenerle in custodia. La pubblicazione delle Opere dei vincitori delle varie sezioni sarà regolarizzata con contratto di edizione.
Alla data della premiazione le opere vincitrici, per essere aggiudicatarie del Premio e per essere pubblicate, dovranno essere inedite e svincolate da qualsiasi diritto di terzi.
Art. 10
La premiazione avverrà nella Città di BOVA alla presenza della commissione giudicatrice, dei finalisti, delle autorità e dei giornalisti il giorno 15 luglio 2017.
Art. 11
La partecipazione al concorso è subordinata all’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento in ogni suo articolo.
Art. 12
L’Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi” si riserva di segnalare alle Edizioni “Apodiafazzi” le opere iscritte al Concorso che avranno conseguito i migliori punteggi, affinché possa, laddove questa ne valutasse le condizioni qualitative, formulare proposta di pubblicazione all’Autore.

Ai sensi della legge 675/96 sulla tutela dei dati personali.
Con l’accettazione dell’art. 11 del presente regolamento, i partecipanti al Premio Letterario Internazionale “Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco d’Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca" si impegnano all’ottemperanza di tutti gli articoli, quindi autorizzano la segreteria della Associazione Culturale “Apodiafazzi” al trattamento dei dati personali, onde permettere il corretto svolgimento delle diverse fasi di selezione della I edizione del Premio medesimo.

REGULATIONS Art. 1 The Circle of Greek Culture "Apodiafazzi" sponsored by the City of Bova and by the Park of Aspromonte announces the first edition of the International Literary Prize "Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, City of Bova, National Park of Aspromonte, Calabrogreca Area", reserved for unpublished works to be such both at the time of registration and at the time of the final award. Art. 2 The literary contest on any subject related to the language, history, material and immaterial culture of Greeks in Calabria and Magno-Greek culture is divided into five sections: fiction, poetry, non-fiction (with special reference to etymological studies and the "Homeric question"), degree thesis, studies and research on Greek Epigraphy and/or codes. The contest aims, among other things, to promote the study, the preservation and the development of the Greek Calabro language and culture survived until today through the efforts of a few scholars and Associations. The competition is individual, but the author can participate with more works. The works, presented on a format max size A4, must be necessarily delivered in dual copies: digital and paper (print to file), will not be accepted manuscripts. The amount of A4 folders (around 2000 characters each) for fiction must be between a minimum of 60- to a maximum160, for non-fiction the minimum quantity should be 60-maximum 200 folders, while for poetry the minimum accepted quantity will be 35 lyrics for up to 60. For the degree thesis there is no restriction. Art. 3 Contestants must submit no later than March 30, 2017 by post to p.o. box 38 (the postmark will attest the date), a closed envelope containing the following materials: 1) N° 3 printed copies of the work; 2) copies of the work in word/pdf format on CD/DVD or USB stick; 3) short introduction letter by the author; 4) full personal details of the author indicating the source from which the news of the contest were heard, telephone numbers and e-mail address; 5) certificate of payment of Euro 15.00 on bank account IBAN: IT92W0103081310000001704657 made out to the Cultural Association "Apodiafazzi", indicating as the reason for payment: Participation to the International Literary Prize "Gerhard Rohlfs-Franco Mosino-Anastasios Karanastasis, City of Bova, Ente Parco d'Aspromonte, Calabrogreca Area" the 2017 Edition. Art. 4 prizes will be distributed as follows: FICTION SECTION (Novels or Short Stories, Tales or Fables) in Greek Calabria language 1° classified: Publication of the Work + Euro 200.00 worth of books 2° classified: Publication of the Work POETRY SECTION (Poems, Nursery Rymes, Songs, Lullabies) in Greek Calabria language 1° classified: Publication of the Work + Euro 200.00 worth of books 2° classified: Publication of the Work NONFICTION SECTION (with special reference to Etymological studies and the "Homeric Question") 1° classified: Publication of the Work + Euro 200.00 worth of books 2° classified: Publication of the Work
DEGREE THESIS SECTION 1° classified: Publication of the Work + Euro 200.00 worth of books 2° classified: Publication of the Work SECTION: STUDIES AND RESEARCH: Greek epigraphy and Southern Italy 1° classified: Publication of the Work + Euro 200.00 worth of books 2° classified: Publication of the Work Art. 5 - The prizes will not be awarded and/or will be revoked, even then, where it is established that the works have been edited, even partially, before the date of their presentation. - All work will be scrutinized by a selection board. The proceedings and the decisions of the Commission are final and not subject to appeal. - It is forbidden to anyone to reproduce and publish arbitrarily the works presented, without the prior and unanimous agreement of the cultural association "Apodiafazzi". Only the authors of the works can proceed to the printed publication of the work presented, after having communicated their decision to the cultural association "Apodiafazzi". Selected authors will be invited to the award ceremony The Cultural Association "Apodiafazzi" reserves every decision in the event of non-awarding of prizes. Art. 6 The competition is at an international level and is open to everybody, provided that the works are received in Italian and Greek- Calabria language where required, always with translation in Italian, under pain of exclusion. Art. 7 The jury nominated and coordinated by the Cultural Association "Apodiafazzi" in conjunction with the Chairman of the Committee, shall select, from among all entries received, N°10 works for each section: from these only 5, at jury discretion, will advance to the final round. The 10 candidates for the final award for each section will be invited to arrive at the venue on the day of the awards that will be announced. Art. 8 All material submitted for the contest will not be returned unless upon the Author’s specific request and at his own expense. Art. 9 The works of the top two classified for each section will be published and marketed under the logo of the editions "Apodiafazzi" (www.apodiafazzi.it). The classifications of the International Literary prize "Gerhard Rohlfs-Franco Mosino-Anastasios Karanastasis, City of Bova, Ente Parco d'Aspromonte, Calabrogreca Area" will be communicated to the national mass media. The works published in book series will have ample space and mention in the www.apodiafazzi.it website and in the printed catalogue, on the Facebook page "Circolo Culturale Apodiafazzi" and will be supported by the Press Office of the Award For the entire duration of the competition, candidates remain owners of the rights of their works, but grant consent for the Cultural Association "Apodiafazzi" to keep them in custody. The publication of the works of the winners of the different sections will be adjusted with contract. At the date of the awards ceremony the works, to be awarded the prize and to be published, must be unpublished and must be released from any third party's rights. Art. 10 The award ceremony will take place in the City of BOVA in the presence of the jury, finalists, authorities and journalists on July 15, 2017. Art. 11
The participation in the contest shall be subject to the unconditional acceptance of these regulations in every article. Art. 12 The Cultural Association "Apodiafazzi" reserves the right to report to "Apodiafazzi Editions" the works entered in the contest that will have achieved the best scores, so that it can, once evaluated the quality conditions, formulate a publishing proposal to the author. BEDINGUNGEN
Art. 1 Der Circolo di Cultura Greca "Apodafazzi, unter dem Patronat der Stadt Bova, der Vereinigung Parco
d'Aspromonte, verkündet die erste Ausschreibung des internationalen Literatur-Preises "Gerhard
Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco Aspromonte, Area
Calabrogreca, vorbehalten für Werke, die zum Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung und der abschließenden
Prämierung unveröffentlicht sind.
Art. 2
Der Wettbewerb, welcher sich einem frei wählbaren Thema zu Sprache, Geschichte, materieller und
geistiger Kultur der griechisch-kalabresischen und westgriechischen Kultur öffnet, ist in fünf
Kategorien unterteilt: Belletristik, Poesie, Essays (unter besonderer Berücksichtigung etymologischer
Studien und Forschungsstudien und der Homerischen Frage), Diplomarbeiten, Forschungsstudien über griechische Epigramme und/oder Kodizes. Der Wettbewerb ist an Einzelpersonen gerichtet,
doch kann der Autor sich mit mehreren Werken beteiligen.
Die Arbeiten sollen das Format DIN A 4 nicht überschreiten und müssen sowohl in Digitalformat wie
auch Papierformat (Ausdruck der digitalen Kopie) eingereicht werden. Handschriftliche Manuskripte
werden nicht angenommen.
Die Seitenzahl (DIN A4, ca 2000 Anschläge) beträgt für die Kategorie Belletristik min. 60, max. 160
Seiten, für Essays 60 bis 200 Seiten; für die Kategorie Poesie sind 35 bis 60 Dichtungen einzureichen.
Für Diplomarbeiten gelten keine Umfangsbegrenzungen.
Art. 3 Die Teilnehmer reichen ihren Beitrag bis 30. März 2017 in einem verschlossenen Umschlag auf dem
Postwege, casella 38, ein (Datum des Poststempels ist maßgebend): Die Sendung soll folgendes
Material enthalten:
1. drei Exemplare des Beitrages im Papierformat;
2. eine Kopie der Arbeit im word/pdf-Format auf CD/DVD oder USB-Stick;
3. ein kurzes Bewerbungsschreiben des Autors;
4. Die vollständigen Personendaten des Autors mit Angabe der Quellen, durch die er auf die
Information des Wettbewerbes aufmerksam gemacht worden ist, Telefonnumer und E-Mail-Adresse;
5. Zahlungsbestätigung von 15.00 € auf das Bank-Konto der Culturale "Apodiafazzi" IBAN

Die Preise werden folgendermaßen vergeben:

Die Preise werden nicht vergeben bzw. widerrufen, wenn in der Folge festgestellt wird, dass der
Beitrag schon ganz oder teilweise vor seiner Einreichung herausgegeben wurde.
Alle Werke werden von einer Jury geprüft. Das Urteil und die Entscheidungendieser Kommission sind
unanfechtbar; es kann keine Berufung eingelegt werden.
Ohne vorherige und einvernehmliche Zustimmung der Associazione Culturale "Apodiafazzi" ist es
niemandem gestattet, die präsentierten Werke zu reproduzieren und nach Belieben zu
veröffentlichen.
Nur den Autoren der Beiträge ist es gestattet, eine Publikation des präsentierten Werkes
vorzunehmen; dies muss der Associazione Culturale "Apodiafazzi" im Vorfeld mitgeteilt werden. Die für die Prämierung ausgewählten Autoren werden zur Preisverleihung eingeladen.
Die Associazione Culturale "Apodiafazzi" behält sich im Falle der Nichtvergabe der Preise jede
Entscheidung vor.
Art. 6
Der Wettbewerb ist dem internationalen Publikum geöffnet, vorausgesetzt die Beiträge sind in
italienischer Sprache oder, wo verlangt, in griechisch-kalabrisch verfasst. In diesem Fall muss der
Beitrag von einer italienischen Übersetzung begleitet werden.
Art. 7
Die Jury, nominiert und koordiniert von der Associazione Culturale "Apodiafazzi", wählt im
Einvernehmen mit dem Präsidenten der Kommission aus jeder Kategorie 10 Arbeiten, von denen sich dann lediglich fünf für das Finale qualifizieren können. Die Entscheidung der Jury ist unanfechtbar.
Die zehn Gewinner jeder Kategorie werden eingeladen, sich bei dem Sitz des Wettbewerbes zu
melden (das genaue Datum wird bekanntgegeben).
Art. 8
Die für den Wettbewerb eingereichten Materialen werden nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des
Autors und auf seine Kosten zurückgeschickt.
Art. 9
Die ersten zwei bestklassifizierten Werke jeder Kategorie werden publiziert und unter dem Logo der
Edizion "Apodiafazzi" herausgegeben (www.apodiafazzi.it)
Die Rangliste dieses ersten Premio Letterario Internazionale "Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco d'Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca" werden in den
nationalen Massenmedien bekannt gemacht.
Die veröffentlichten Werke, denen ausreichend Raum und Erwähnung auf der Seite
www.apodiafazzi.it sowie im gedruckten Katalog, auf der Facebook-Seite "Circolo Culturale
Apodiafazzi" und in den sozialen Medien eingeräumt wird, werden vom Pressebüro des Premio
verwaltet.
Für die Dauer des Wettbewerbes bleiben die Teilnehmer Eigentümer ihrer Werke, berechtigen aber
die Associazione Culturale "Apodiafazzi", den Beitrag zu verwahren. Die Publikation der Werke der
Preisträger der verschiedenen Kategorien werden mittels eines Vertrages geregelt.
Zum Zeitpunkt der Preisverleihung müssen die ausgezeichneten Werke unveröffentlicht und frei von etwaigen Rechten Dritter sein.
Die Preisverleihung findet in der Stadt Bova in Anwesenheit der Jury, der Finalisten, der Autoritäten
und Journalisten am 15. Juli 2017 statt.
Art. 11
Die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb unterliegt der bedingungslosen Annahme der Geschäftsbedingungen
in allen Punkten.
Art. 12
Die Associazione Culturale "Apodiafazzi", behält sich das Recht vor, die Edizioni "Apodiafazzi" auf die
Beiträge hinzuweisen, die beim Wettbewerb die höchsten Punktzahl erreicht haben, damit der Beitrag auf seine Qualität untersucht werden, und dem Autor eine Veröffentlichung vorgeschlagen
werden kann.
Datenschutzerklärung

Art. 13
Gemäß dem Gesetz 675/96 zum Schutz der persönlichen Daten. Mit Annahme des Art. 11 der
vorliegenden Richtlinien verpflichten sich die Teilnehmer am Premio Letterario Internazionale 1°
Edizione, "Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco
d'Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca" alle Punkte einzuhalten und anzunehmen und ermächtigen das
Sekretariat der Associazione Culturale "Apodiafazzi" die persönlichen Daten zu speichern, um einen
korrekten Ablauf der verschiedenen Selektionsphasen dieser 1. Edition des Preiss zu erlauben.

Άρθρ. 1
Η Ένωση Ελληνικού Πολιτισμού «Apodiafazzi», υπό την αιγίδα της Πόλης Bova,
του Οργανισμού Parco d’Aspromonte προκηρύσσει την 1η έκδοση του Διεθνούς
Λογοτεχνικού Βραβείου «Gerhard Rohlfs – Franco Mosino – Anastasios
Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco d’ Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca»,
αποκλειστικά για αδημοσίευτα έργα τα οποία θα πρέπει να παραμένουν έτσι
τόσο κατά τον χρόνο της συγγραφής όσο και κατά τον χρόνο της τελικής
βράβευσης.
Άρθρ. 2
Ο διαγωνισμός με ελεύθερο θεματικό κύκλο αναφέρεται στην γλώσσα, την ιστορία,
την υλική και άυλη παιδεία των Ελλήνων της Καλαβρίας και της Μεγαλοελλαδικής
παιδείας, χωρίζεται σε πέντε ενότητες: Αφήγημα, Ποίηση, Δοκίμιο ( με ιδιαίτερη
προσοχή στις ετυμολογικές μελέτες και στο «Ομηρικό Ζήτημα»), Πτυχιακή
Εργασία, Μελέτες και Έρευνες σε Επιγραφές και/ή Ελληνικούς Κώδικες.
Ο διαγωνισμός έχει ως σκοπό, μεταξύ άλλων, την ενίσχυση της μελέτης, την
προάσπιση και ανάδειξη της Ελληνο Καλαβρικής γλώσσας και πολιτισμού η οποία
επιβίωσε ως σήμερα χάρη στην επίπονη προσπάθεια ολίγων μελετητών και μερικών
Ενώσεων.
Ο διαγωνισμός είναι ατομικός, ο συγγραφέας όμως θα μπορεί να συμμετέχει με
περισσότερα έργα.
Τα έργα, σε μέγεθος max Α4, θα πρέπει απαραιτήτως να παραδοθούν σε διπλή
μορφή: ψηφιακή και σε χαρτί (εκτύπωση του αρχείου), ως εκ τούτου δεν θα γίνουν
αποδεκτά χειρόγραφα.
Ο αριθμός των σελίδων Α4 (2000 χαρακτήρων περίπου έκαστο) για το αφήγημα θα
πρέπει να είναι ανάμεσα σε ένα ελάχιστο των 60 – μέγιστο 160 , για το δοκίμιο ο
ελάχιστος αριθμός θα πρέπει να είναι αυτή των 60- μέγιστο 200 σελίδων, ενώ για
την ποίηση η ελάχιστη αποδεκτή ποσότητα θα είναι τα 35 ποιήματα και η μέγιστη
των 60. Για τις Πτυχιακές Εργασίες δεν υπάρχει κάποιος περιορισμός.
Άρθρ. 3
Οι διαγωνιζόμενοι θα πρέπει να αποστείλουν ταχυδρομικώς εντός και όχι πέραν της
30ης
Μαρτίου 2017, στην ταχυδρομική θυρίδα 38 ( η πιστοποίηση θα γίνει από την
ταχυδρομική σφραγίδα), κλειστό φάκελο ο οποίος να περιέχει το ακόλουθο υλικό:
1) αρ. 3 αντίγραφων του έργου σε έντυπη μορφή˙
2) αντίγραφο του έργου σε μορφή word/pdf σε CD/DVD ή σε μνήμη USB˙
3) σύντομη επιστολή παρουσίασης του δημιουργού˙
4) πλήρη στοιχεία του δημιουργού καθώς και αναφορά της πηγής από την
οποία έλαβε γνώση του διαγωνισμού, τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου και την
ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση˙
5) βεβαίωση της καταβολής ποσού Ευρώ 15,00 στον Τραπεζικό Λογαριασμό :

Τα βραβεία θα διανεμηθούν ως εξής:

Άρθρ. 5
-Τα βραβεία δεν θα δοθούν και /ή θα ανακληθούν, και μεταγενέστερα, στην
περίπτωση που εξακριβωθεί ότι τα έργα έχουν εκδοθεί ήδη , ακόμη και μερικά, πριν
της ημερομηνίας της παρουσίασης των.
- Όλα τα έργα θα εξεταστούν από μία εξεταστική Επιτροπή. Η κρίση και η απόφαση
της Επιτροπής δε επιδέχονται αμφισβήτηση και είναι αμετάκλητες.
- Απαγορεύεται σε οποιονδήποτε η αυθαίρετη αναπαραγωγή και δημοσίευση των
έργων που έχουν υποβληθεί, χωρίς την προηγούμενη και ομόφωνη συγκατάθεση
της Ένωσης Πολιτισμού “Apodiafazzi”. Μόνο οι δημιουργοί των έργων μπορούν να
προβούν σε έντυπη δημοσίευση της εργασίας που υποβλήθηκε, αφού το
κοινοποιήσουν προηγουμένως στην Ένωση Πολιτισμού “Apodiafazzi”.
Οι συγγραφείς που θα επιλεγούν θα καλεστούν στην τελετή βράβευσης
Η Ένωση Πολιτισμού «Apodiafazzi» διατηρεί το δικαίωμα λήψης απόφασης σε
περίπτωση μη επίδοσης των βραβείων.
Άρθρ. 6
Ο διαγωνισμός είναι ανοιχτός σε όλους, σε διεθνές επίπεδο, αρκεί τα έργα να είναι
στην ιταλική γλώσσα και στην καλαβρο-ελληνική γλώσσα όπου απαιτείται, πάντα
σε μετάφραση στην ιταλική γλώσσα, ειδάλλως θα απορριφθούν.
Άρθρ. 7
Η κριτική επιτροπή, που διορίζεται και συντονίζεται από την Ένωση Πολιτισμού
«Apodiafazzi» μαζί με τον Πρόεδρο της Επιτροπής, θα επιλέξει, μεταξύ όλων των
έργων που θα κατατεθούν, 10 στον αριθμό έργα για κάθε είδος: από αυτά μόνο τα
5, με την αναμφισβήτητη κρίση αυτής, θα γίνουν δεκτά στο τελικό στάδιο.
Οι 10 υποψήφιοι για την τελική βράβευση για κάθε ενότητα θα καλεστούν στον
τόπο της βράβευσης την ημέρα που θα ανακοινωθεί.
Άρθρ. 8
Όλο το υλικό που θα σταλεί για τον διαγωνισμό δεν θα επιστραφεί, εκτός μόνο αν
ζητηθεί από τον συγγραφέα και μόνο με δικά του έξοδα.
Άρθρ. 9
Τα έργα των δύο πρώτων στην αξιολόγηση, που θα επιλεγούν σε κάθε ενότητα, θα
εκδοθούν και θα κυκλοφορήσουν στο εμπόριο από τις εκδόσεις «Apodiafazzi»
(www.apodiafazzi.it).
Οι κατατάξεις της 1ης έκδοσης του Διεθνούς Λογοτεχνικού Βραβείου «Gerhard
Rohlfs-Franco Mosino-Anastasios Karanastasis, Cità di Bova, Ente Parco d’
Aspromonte, Area Cαlabrogreca» θα ανακοινωθούν από τα εθνικά μαζικά μέσα
ενημέρωσης.
Για τα έργα που θα εκδοθούν στις συλλογές θα έχουν μεγάλο χώρο και αναφορά
στην ιστοσελίδα www.apodiafazzi.it και στον έντυπο κατάλογο, στη σελίδα του
Facebook “Circolo Culturale Apodiafazzi”, στα μέσα Κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και θα
υποστηριχθούν από το Γραφείο Τύπου του Βραβείου.
Καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του διαγωνισμού, οι υποψήφιοι παραμένουν κάτοχοι των
δικαιωμάτων των έργων τους, αλλά εκχωρούν την άδεια στην Ένωση Πολιτισμού
“Apodiafazzi” να τα έχει υπό επιτήρηση. Η δημοσίευση των έργων των νικητών των
διάφορων ενοτήτων θα καθορίζεται με συμβόλαιο έκδοσης.
Μέχρι την ημερομηνία της βράβευσης, τα έργα που βραβεύονται, για να τους
κατακυρωθεί το Βραβείο και για να δημοσιευτούν, δεν πρέπει να έχουν εκδοθεί
και θα πρέπει να είναι απαλλαγμένα από οποιαδήποτε δικαίωμα τρίτων.
Άρθρ. 10
Η βράβευση θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Πόλη της Bova, παρουσία της κριτικής
επιτροπής, των επικρατέστερων, των θεσμών και των δημοσιογράφων, στις 15
Ιουλίου 2017.
Άρθρ. 11
Η συμμετοχή στον διαγωνισμό υπόκειται στην χωρίς όρους αποδοχή του παρόντος
κανονισμού, σε κάθε άρθρο του.
Άρθρ. 12
Η Ένωση Πολιτισμού «Apodiafazzi» επιφυλάσσεται να αναδείξει στις εκδόσεις της
τα καταγραμμένα στον Διαγωνισμό έργα που θα έχουν επιτύχει τις καλύτερες
θέσεις και στα πλαίσια τα δυνατά και εκεί όπου, βάσει των ποιοτικών στοιχείων,
αξιολογεί, να προτείνει την έκδοση στον Συγγραφέα.
ΕΠΙΣΗΜΑΝΣΗ
Άρθρ. 13
Στα πλαίσια του νόμου 675/96 για την προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων.
Με την αποδοχή του άρθρ. 11 του παρόντος κανονισμού, οι συμμετέχοντες στο
Διεθνές Λογοτεχνικό Βραβείο « Gerhard Rohlfs - Franco Mosino - Anastasios
Karanastasis, Città di Bova, Ente Parco d’ Aspromonte, Area Calabrogreca»
υποχρεούνται να τηρήσουν όλα τα άρθρα και γι’ αυτό εξουσιοδοτούν τη
γραμματεία της Ένωσης Πολιτισμού «Apodiafazzi» για τη χρήση των προσωπικών
δεδομένων ώστε να διευκολυνθεί η σωστή εξέλιξη των διάφορων σταδίων επιλογής
της 1ης
έκδοσης του ανωτέρω Βραβείου.
