4LUBRIFICAZIONE MOTOVARIATORE

La lubrificazione del variatore SITIVARIO av-viene per sbattimento e proiezione dolio. Pri-ma della messa in funzione assicurarsi che loliosia visibile fino a met livello a variatore fermo,diversamente provvedere al rabbocco. La so-stituzione della carica di olio, dovr avveniredopo un primo periodo di rodaggio di 300 orelavorative in seguito ogni 3000 ore. Assicurarsiin ogni caso che lolio sia sempre presente nel-le apposite spie di livello.

LUBRICATION

MOTORIZED VARIATOR

Lubrication for the SITIVARIO gearmotor isby showering. Before starting up make surethat oil is visible at halfway level with thegearmotor stopped, otherwise top up withoil. Oil should be replaced after a firstrunning-in period of 300 working hours andsubsequently, every 3.000 hours. Alwaysensure in any case that oil is always visiblein the oil-level indicators.

SCHMIERUNG

VERSTELLGETRIEBEMOTOREN

Die Schmierung des VerstellgetriebemotorsSITIVARIO erfolgt durch die Drehbewegung dereinzelnen Getriebeteile, die im Olbad laufen.Dadurch wird eine ausreichende Schmierunggewahrleistet. Vor Inbetriebnahme ist dierichtige Lage der Olschrauben zu beachten undzu uberprufen, dass das Getriebe im Stillstandbis zu Markierung am Olstandsauge mit 01gefullt ist. Gegebenenfalls Olfullung erganzen(nur gleiche Marken verwenden!).

Es ist zu beachten, daf3 der 1. Olwechsel nach300 Betriebsstunden erfolgt. Alle weiterenOlwechsel sollen nach jeweils 3000Betriebsstunden stattfinden.

* Impiegando questo tipo di prodotto, non pi necessario ilcambio dolio.N.B. Tutti i motovariatori vengono forniti predisposti per ope-rare nelle posizioni di montaggio B3 o B5. Se richiesti peraltre posizioni indicare questa esigenza in fase di ordine.

INFORMAZIONI GENERALII nuovi variatori dal MK2 fino al MK 50 compre-so, sono chiusi sul lato anteriore e provvisti diparaolio in entrata. Tutti i variatori consentonoun accoppiamento diretto con motori B5. Ac-coppiamenti con motori in B 14 (eccetto che suMK 100) sono realizzabili con impiego del grup-po coperchio entrata. La minima velocit di in-gresso che rende possibile limpiego deivariatori 400 giri/min.

GENERAL INFORMATIONThe new SITI variators from MK2 up to MK50 are totally enclosed on the front side andare equipped with input shaft seal. Allvariators provide a direct connection withB5 motors. The use of B 14 motors (excepton MK 100) can be accomplished by meansof the input cover set. The min. input speedenabling to use variators is 400 RPM.

ALLEGEMEINE AUSKUENFTEDie neue SITI Verstellgetriebe von MK2 bis MK50 sind auf der Vorderseite geschlossen, undmit Eingangsweliendichtring ausgeruestet. AlleVerstellgetriebe sind fuer direkte Verbindung mitB5 Motoren vorgesehen. Die Verwendung vonB 14 Motoren (mit der Ausnahme von MK 100)ist moeglich durch die Eingangsdeckelgruppe.Die minimale Eingangsgeschwindigkeit, die dieVerwendung von SITI Verstellgetriebe gestattet,is 400 Umdrehungen proMinute.
