YEARVintage 2006 and therefore obtained from the skilful assemblage of the best grapes of that year; the use of pinot nero, vinified in red gives a good body and structure and above all elegance, with a tannin con-tent which is never aggressive.
HARVESTBetween the end of August and early September when the grapes have reached the correct sugar ripeness but still have considerable acidity and freshness.
AGEINGOver 42 months from harvesting, of which at least 36 on yeasts.After disgorgement, the bottles rest in the cellar for another 5-6 months.
COLOURA soft shade of pink, with reflections that veer towards salmon pink and can vary slightly from one year to another, due to the different degree of ripeness of the pinot nero grapes.
BOUQUETIntense, of small red berries with aromas of fruit compote.

Straw yellow in colour, with soft pale green reflections, an intense and lasting scent, typi-
cal of Chardonnay, with aromas of fresh and tropical fruit and citrus notes. A dry, fruity
and pleasantly acidulous flavour. Excellent as an aperitif, it can be served with fish, pasta or
rice dishes, white fish and fresh cheeses.

Bianco
Produced mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (residually with the addition
of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Cabernet Franc), it matures for 12 months in oak barriques. It is
characterized by an intense and deep ruby colour, a warm scent of violets and the forest
floor, with a slightly spicy flavour. The grape blend and the passage in barriques give body,
length and a full and complex finish. Suitable for flavourful main courses of red meat,
roasts and game: it is also very enjoyable when served with aged cheeses.
