In definitiva si segnalano i seguenti fattori critici che produssero l’abbassamento in chiave :
1. All’epoca fu sottovalutato il reale comportamento differito nel tempo del calcestruzzo
alleggerito.
2. L’accorciamento per fluage dell’impalcato, non compensato con adeguata monta in fase
costruttiva, ebbe di conseguenza un abbassamento imprevisto in chiave di 45 cm., con
andamento asintotico nel tempo e pertanto con tendenza ad esaurirsi.
3. Il valore medio del calcestruzzo dei getti fu di 374 kg/cm2, inferiore ai 422 kg/cm2 di
progetto.
4. Vi fu un errore di 1,00 m tra il valore di progetto della freccia dell’arco a 3 cerniere e quello
assunto a base del calcolo; a base del calcolo fu assunto il valore di 11,21 m, nel progetto
esecutivo, per l’introduzione del raccordo verticale nella livelletta di raggio di 2000 m., tale
valore risultò di ml 10,21.
5. Il peso specifico dell’asfalto di 1,6 t/m3 fu alquanto sottostimato.
